Where are your programs held?
Our Activity Club and Social Skills classes are at Derek DoubleDay Arboretum, Langley, BC, while our pop-up workshops and Biz Kids are at our custom-built Sage Learners home-classroom at Lefeuvre Rd/Fraser Hwy.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept online credit card payment, cash in person / e-transfer (48 hours before start of any course), and Autism Funding with a valid RTP submitted at least 2 weeks before the start of any course.
Are your programs inclusive for neurodiverse learners?
Absolutely, we cater to all kids. For specific needs, please inform us prior to registration so we can provide the best support.
Do you offer any financial assistance?
Indeed, every kid should access our programs. We offer a scholarship program for the BizKid workshop and are developing more for all of our programming. Stay tuned!
What are the costs?
Pop-up workshops range from $12.50 to $25.00, Activity Club and Tween Social Skills from $26.50 to $40.00, and BizKid is $247.00 per student for an 8-week program.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
Workshops require a minimum of 2 students registered 6 days prior. Cancellations within 6 days will receive class credit for a future workshop. No refunds are offered after attendance.
How are behavioural issues managed?
Our facilitators support students in navigating emotional moments, using curiosity questioning, positive reinforcement, and mindfulness techniques to foster self-awareness and response rather than reaction.
